On Monday, year 1 had a message to say that some unusual activity was caught on our CCTV! We watched the footage and we went to investigate for ourselves. Down at the Dragon’s Den, we found what we believe to be a Spaceship crash landing!
The children did an excellent job at working out what all of the broken pieces were. Including:
- Broken Sattelite
- Broken landing legs
- Launch Buttons
- Moon Rocks
- Rocket Boosters
- Steering Sticks and much more…
We came inside and discussed our findings. We have made predictions about who the Space ship could belong to and what caused it to crash.
In Maths, we have been counting in Multiples of 2, 5 and 10 and solving some really tricky problems.
Today, we did some sandwich tasting in DT. We talked about or favourite sandwiches and the ones that we do and do not like.
Well done to our certificate winners NB and LF.
Our attendance this week was 96%, lets see if we can get it back up next week!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Could you please check that all of your children’s items of shoes and clothing have their names on and that they have their own belongings? Sometimes, things get a little bit mixed up on PE days and in after school clubs.
